What are your production times?
All our products are printed on demand from our printers in the US and Europe. We take on average 3-5 business days to create these items. Then you should add shipping times on top of that. We’ll send you the tracking number for your package as soon as it’s ready.

NOTE that shipping times are only estimates, and if your order is arriving from abroad, it may be stopped in customs. Every country is different, and we are not responsible for any customs fees that may be incurred.
Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email with tracking information once your order is shipped. Please note that it may take some time before tracking information is available. If you ordered more than one product, they may come in separate shipments from different warehouses.

Where do you ship from?
We ship from warehouses in the United States or Europe, depending on the product.
I received a damaged product. What do I do?
We’re sorry if this happens! Simply email us an image of the damaged product and we’ll send a replacement as soon as possible.
Can I get a refund?
We allow refunds under the following conditions:
- The refund is requested within 30 days of delivery; and
- The product is returned to us unused.
